Amenities
Twin Lakes has fabulous amenities which greatly add to the value of the properties in the neighborhood. Most of the HOA dues are spent on keeping these amenities in top shape.
Pool
Playground
The Twin Lakes Pool opened Monday, May 1st, as a Swim At Your Own Risk (SAYOR) pool without lifeguards.
Pool hours will be 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. six days a week (closed on Tuesdays), May 1st to October 31st. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Twin Lakes Pool FOBs are provided by Crest Management - one FOB per family. The FOBs can be ordered online once you log into your homeowner portal at www.crest-management.com. You have an option of having the FOB delivered or go and pick it up. Residents will be asked to sign a release form acknowledging the pool as a SAYOR pool and accepting the listed rules. Pool rules are posted inside the pool and at the link below.
The pool will be monitored with cameras. An alarm will sound if you leave the gate open for more than 30 seconds.
The Twin Lakes pool is an excellent location to relax in the hot weather. The pool has long lap lanes and a wading pool which provide activities for the whole family. The pool is available for private parties - contact Crest Management for details.
The Twin Lakes clubhouse was remodeled in 2021 and represents a very tasteful location for events such as birthday parties or company meetings. The clubhouse can hold up to 60 people and has a full kitchen for storing and heating food and beverages.
The clubhouse can be rented at any time it is not already in use. Details of rental rates and requirements are located here: Clubhouse / Pool Rental
Tennis Courts
There are three tennis courts located near the clubhouse for residents’ use. The courts are open from dawn until 10 p.m. (The courts are lighted until 10 p.m.) There is a sign-up board to play, and tennis court keys are available from Crest Management.

A playground designed for small children to enjoy themselves is located behind the tennis courts for neighborhood children. There are picnic tables and a bench beneath a pergola for parents to relax while the children are having fun on the slides, swings, forts, etc.
Lakes and Fountains
Twin Lakes would not be Twin Lakes without the lakes. There are four lakes in the neighborhood that are primarily designed for flood management, but they also serve as an aesthetically pleasing focal point, especially with the waterfalls and lighted fountains. Lake De La Sol is the lake behind the clubhouse, and Sunset Lake is due west of Lake Del La Sol. Tranquility Lake and Mystic Lake are located at the north end of the neighborhood (Tranquility Lake is on the eastern side). Benches and walking trails are located around the lakes.
No fishing signs are posted at each lake; if you observe someone fishing, please contact Security.
